If you break an item, you must pay for the item you broke.
All items are sold "AS IS", NO REFUNDS.
Prices are Non-Negotiable first day of sale.
Anyone caught stealing will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
No Food, Drinks or Pets allowed inside of home.
Please keep small children in your control.
We do not allow any outside "sold tags" aside from our own.
We do not provide packing material or boxes .
DO NOT park in driveway unless you are loading items.

We will be opening Friday morning at 11am instead of 10am due to needing a little more time to finish setting up. We are hosting an estate sale in Creedmoor North Carolina. We are selling everything you see in the photos plus more. I will be adding a description in the next few days, and will be adding pictures the week of the sale after it has been set up and organized We will be selling everything you see in the photos at the estate sale.
