Prices are reduced $$! We will see you in the morning the sale starts tomorrow at 1pm - we still have several pieces of furniture ranging from brand new to antique! Great finds for children - books & toys! Amazing steals - Maytag Washer & Dryer pair like new for only $500! Wrought iron patio set and umbrella with brand new cushions for only $300! Look for the signs and hopefully the balloons if they make it through the night!

We are excited for you to join us for the sale. To ensure this sale is fun, enjoyable and fair please take note of the following:

This is a private home estate tag sale, by entering the sale - our staff is NOT responsible for any accidents, injury, or damage.
• Cash is preferred.
• Credit Cards accepted for minimum purchase of $30, *credit cards will be an additional 3% fee. ID required.
• All sales are final, no returns. All items sold "as is".
• Our staff will be dedicated to ensure this sale is fun and enjoyable. Please note they will be dedicated to monitoring activity and ensuring a smooth sale. Fair prices have been established for the sale and are FIRM. Please do not ask the staff regarding pricing.

• NO EARLY SALES. We are not able to offer any form of a preview or quote any prices prior to the sale.
• Entry Numbers will be handed out 1 hour prior to start of each day of the sale!
• All activities of the sale will be monitored by VIDEO CAMERA and staff, shoplifters will be prosecuted.
• Valuables are not on the premises until the sale. Please note the premises is being monitored.

• No one with a BACKPACK, LARGE BAG/HANDBAG, or a STROLLER will be allowed to enter the sale.
• Please supervise small children with you at all times.
• By entering you are agreeing to obey all signs and staff as directed.

• Small totes bags (go green bags) are permitted. However, to ensure items are paid our staff reserves the right to check your bags prior to leaving the sale.
• We recommended you bring EMPTY boxes & paper (some may be available on first come first serve basis)
• Items available on Sunday will be offered at 25% discount, however we can't guarantee your item will still be available.
• No drinks, food or smoking will be permitted.
• Few items are Not For Sale and will be indicated as such with blue tape labeled NFS.
• Any walkway, door or area marked with blue tape will not be permitted for shoppers to enter. No restrooms are available.

• Pick-up time for large items (marked with a pickup tag) such as heavy furniture pieces will be on Saturday from 3-4pm and Sunday the 24th from 2pm - 3pm.
• We do not load vehicles. Please bring others to assist if you need help loading heavy purchases.
