2) CASH is preferred. Credit cards are accepted for purchases over $50 and will be charged a 3% processing fee. NO CHECKS will be accepted.
3) ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Examine your purchases carefully. NO RETURNS.
4) BUYERS are responsible for removal of all items purchased by the close of the sale.
5) Please have ADEQUATE HELP to pack and load purchases in your vehicle.
6) Small children must be under parental supervision at all times.
7) The homeowner is not liable for accidents or injuries while on the premises.
8) NO FOOD, DRINKS, OR PETS will be allowed into the house.
9) Prices will be discounted on Sunday
