Cash is preferred. Debit and credit cards are accepted for sales over $20.00. A 3% service fee will be added to all credit/debit card transaction
*******All items must be picked up by Sunday, October 16. Removal of large pieces of furniture/rugs may need to be arranged to be picked up at the end of the sale day.
If moving services are needed, it is the customer's responsibility to coordinate all moving details.
Fabulous Finds and the Homeowner are not responsible for accidents, injury or damage that may occur on the premises.
Please bring your own tote bags, bags, boxes and packing paper.
