A friendly reminder that we DO NOT honor lists. We will place numbers out at 8 AM on Saturday and 11 AM on Sunday. You must be present to receive a number. Please don't wait in your car and assume you have a place in line. We suggest that once you arrive at the sale form a line at the front door. We want our sales to be a fun and a positive experience for everyone. We appreciate all of you and your continued support!
Cash is preferred. Debit and credit cards are accepted for sales over $20.00. A 3% service fee will be added to all credit/debit card transaction.
Removal of large pieces of furniture/rugs may need to be arranged to be picked up at the end of the sale day.
If moving services are needed, it is the customer's responsibility to coordinate all moving details.
Fabulous Finds and the Homeowner are not responsible for accidents, injury or damage that may occur on the premises.
Please bring your own tote bags, bags, boxes and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and therefore returns are not accepted.
Please be sure you are satisfied with the item before you make a purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

This is a sale you don't want to miss! Every inch of this darling Davidson home is packed to the gills! This downsizing sale features classic furniture from brands such as Bernhardt, Lazy Boy, Thomasville, & Bassett as well as amazing antiques and vintage furniture. There is also a custom marble round table, two amazing antique cupboards and several antique stained glass windows! The homeowner has filled her home with original artwork, quilts, pottery, cranberry glass, Lladros, vintage barware, & china and won't be able to take it with her. Throughout her travels, she has curated a beautiful home with items from Germany and Asia. She was an avid collector of many unique items- vintage tin types, Lionel trains, stamps, vintage tin toys, Matchbox cars, beer steins, vintage glass Easter eggs, Antique medical instruments and pharmacy supplies. There is also a HUGE collection of vintage adult magazines. This is a great sale to refresh your home with bedding, kitchen items, outdoor patio dining set, or grill. We also have women's clothing featuring brands such as Talbots, Chicos and Ming Wang and costume jewelry too!
**Please be prepared to park and walk to the sale. There is limited street parking. We will be limiting the number of shoppers inside the home, so please be prepared to wait.
