Cash is preferred. Credit cards are accepted (if you agree to pay the bank service fee).
We, and the homeowner, are not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage.
It is recommended that you bring your own tote bags, boxes, and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and there are no returns.
In order to be fair to everyone, there are no previews or early sales.
Preparing for a sale is more labor intensive than you are aware of so it's not possible to answer individual questions ~ especially regarding prices.

Although this lovely tag sale might be smaller in quantity, it makes up for it in the quality category!
After fourteen years in Davidson's favorite English Country home, the owners are downsizing/moving and selling an assortment of furniture and home decor.
A partial list:
Late 1800's English corner cupboard, a Milling Road sofa with spring-down cushions, a double pedestal dining table by Stickley, pine armoir, Hekman desk, 1700's blanket chest, artwork (oil paintings & prints), two 8' by 11' wool rugs, 3 drawer cedar chest, oversized pine credenza, pair of Chippendale side chairs, pair of upholstered arm chairs, brown leather club chair, Henkel Harris server cabinet, and many other pieces of furniture and decorative accessories.....including 12 place settings of Anthropologie dishes
Updates will be added everyday this week, and final additions/deletions will be posted by Friday evening.
One day only, SATURDAY from 9:00am to 3:00pm
Entry numbers will be on the front porch at 8:00am
Delivery available for hire.
