4. Numbers will be handed out 30 minutes prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

Deceased estate auction in Denton, N.C. to be conducted on Saturday November 20th beginning at 10:00am. Auction address is 142 West Salisbury St. Denton, N.C. 27239. This is the deceased estate of Ed and Venus Wallace. Auction will feature antiques, collectibles, lots of paper Denton ephemera, advertising clocks, some furniture, glassware, primitives, paper ephemera, militaria, license plates, china, glassware, toys, and much more.
