1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside front door one hour prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

50% off of remaining contents! Estate tag sale in Denton, N.C. to be conducted on Friday September 8th from 10:00am-3:00pm and Saturday September 9th from 9:00am-2:00pm. Sale address is 71 East 4th St. Denton, N.C. 27239. *Kenmore stove has been removed by family.* Sale will feature fine furniture, antiques, collectibles, holiday items, outdoor decor, accessories, record albums, numerous planters both large and small, kitchenware, Christmas items, tools, glassware, pottery, some books, household and more. Please see photo captions for details. A sign-up sheet will be posted at front door one hour prior to start of estate sale on each day. Line will form at front door.
