This is a CASH ONLY sale. There is no need to bring bags or boxes. Family First will wrap and bag your items. Each room will have boxes to help you select and carry. You must arrange help to move and load any large purchases. There is a freezer, bedroom suite, chairs, tables and other items that can be heavy or awkward.
Family First, nor the customer, is responsible for accidents. The home is located in a cove at the water. Please no one will be allowed to go to the back of the yard nor the dock.

This lovely rustic home is located in Denver right at the water's edge of Lake Norman. It is very convenient and easy to get to, right off old Hwy 16 in Westport. You will be amazed at the hand hewn beams throughout the house, the woodwork, and fireplaces.
