Buyer’s Premium: A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to the final hammer price of each item and is payable by the winning bidder.
Payment Terms:
All invoices must be paid in full immediately at the close of the auction.
Credit card payments are final. No chargebacks or reversals are permitted. Any chargebacks will result in a ban from any future auction participation. All credit card payments will incur a 4% convenience fee.
Pickup & Removal:
All items must be picked up on the scheduled pickup day(s).
If you cannot pick up on the designated day(s), please do not bid.
Items not picked up at designated time will be considered abandoned with no refund.
If you select shipping, please be mindful of cost as bidder is responsible for all shipping costs which are calculated after final hammer.
We do not provide moving labor so if you purchase heavy items, bring your own help and hauling needs. Any damage to home is responsibility of bidder.
Not responsible for any accidents.
Responsibility of Bidders:
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or warranties are expressed or implied.
Bidder is responsible for labor and equipment needed to pick up furniture items. Any damage to the property is responsibility of the removal party. We do NOT provide furniture moving services.
Failure to Comply:
Non-paying bidders or those who fail to pick up will be banned from future auctions and may be subject to additional collection fees.
Governing Law:
This auction is conducted pursuant to the laws of the State of North Carolina. By registering to bid, you agree that all bids are a binding contract under North Carolina law.
