Terms and Conditions: First come, first served. The first person to arrive with the intention of staying until the sale opens starts the list, and is #1. The second person to arrive with the intention of staying puts his/her name on "the list", and is #2, and so on. You don't have to stand on the sidewalk - you can sit in your car - just stay in the area. If you put your name on the list and leave, you will lose your spot. Line up according to the list at ten minutes till start time.
We accept cash, checks and credit cards with proper id. Tag sale items are are sold "as is", and cannot be returned. No previews or early sales. We keep plenty of packing paper and boxes on hand for our buyers, and even have someone to help you pack. Please bring help to load furniture. Purchases must be picked up by the end of the sale. Neither we nor the homeowner can or will be held responsible for accidents. Well-behaved children are ALWAYS welcome at our sales.

This charming 1920s West Markham Street bungalow is in Durham's Trinity Park neighborhood (only blocks away from Duke University).

This is going to be a super FUN sale, packed full of all of the kinds of things we love to find at tag sales: antiques, sterling silver, kitchen stuff, cds, vintage record albums, pottery, linens, jewelry, ladies' clothing & shoes, books, rubber stamp collection, exercise equipment, little collections of this and that, etc. etc. etc. There's a first floor, second floor with nooks and crannies, and a big basement.

FOR THIS SALE, IT WOULD BE PRACTICAL (AND SHOPPERS ARE ENCOURAGED) TO BRING YOUR OWN BIG BAGS TO CARRY THINGS TO THE HOLD TABLE - WE'LL EMPTY THEM AT CHECKOUT.

Also, please note that the basement is a big part of the sale, with an outside entrance/exit, so WEAR PRACTICAL SHOES AND WATCH YOUR STEP.
