This house isn't old enough for George Washington to have slept in but it is part of historic Durham. Like a lot of the houses in the area, it was built to house Erwin Mill employees. Over the years the neighborhood has changed, with up and down times which is normal.

The current owner filled the house with lovely items....everything from mink to high end furniture. She is now downsizing, leaving behind many of these quality items that she can not fit in her new place.

So come on and take home some of this super goodies. I can not tell a lie....this sale is great!
