The estate sale will take place on the following dates with progressive discounts:

Saturday 01/20/24 8am-1pm (25% discount)
Sunday 01/21/24 11am -2pm (50% discount)
All sales are final. No early access will be granted.
Payment:
We accept cash, credit cards, and certified checks. Personal checks are not accepted.
All items must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.
Prices are non-negotiable unless otherwise specified.
Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes.

All items are sold "as is" and "where is" without warranty or guarantee.
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before making a purchase.

You’ll be spending all day looking through this house and still not see everything.
