This is a private estate sale. We will accept cash, Venmo and CashApp. NO CREDIT CARDS. All sales are final. You must be able to load your items yourself. Loading assistance will not be available. If you purchase a large piece of furniture, you must make arrangements for pick up. Not responsible for accidents. PLEASE PLAN ON BRINGING TOOLS FOR DISASSEMBLY.

Sale starts promptly at 9 a.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. on Sunday. There will be an official sign up sheet available one hour before opening. We will only use the provided sign-in sheet, no other. We reserve the right to limit the number of people in the house at any one time. Please be patient.
