Spooky Picker's Sale For Halloween!

Calling all hard-core pickers!  This sale is not for the faint of heart!  This house is over 100 years old and is crammed full from top to bottom!  Literally. Crammed. Full.  We are offering you the chance to dig thru decades of stuff in the condition we found it in!  There is no electricity in some of the rooms and everything is in piles and stacks.  We can see lots of antiques and anticipate "treasures" to be found in the boxes and piles.  The house is slated for demolition so even the fixtures and architectural details are up for grabs.  

We want to emphasize this is not your usual prepped, arranged, staged estate sale.  This is going to be cluttered, piled up, dirty and a lot of fun!  Wear clothes that you can get dirty.  Bring your own flashlight and we suggest you bring gloves. Because of the condition of the house, we are going to limit how many people are inside at any time.  If you are buying any of the fixtures or architectural features, please bring tools to take things apart.
