2. We take cash, credit cards or Venmo. No checks/Zelle or Cash App accepted.
3. If you are bringing small children they need to be with you at all times, There is no room for strollers. No animals also.
4. Please try to handle all furniture and decorations with care.
5. We will have an area marked for you to "hold" your items before purchasing, but we will not have a designated staff member there to watch the things you wish to purchase. This is your responsibility.
6. We do not supply bags or boxes to hold/wrap your items. Please bring your own.
7. There are NO public restrooms at the sales.
8. If you plan on purchasing large or heavy items, please bring adequate help, as we will only sometimes have employees there to help you load. So please bring help to load items.
9. Large furniture pieces or appliances MUST be picked up at the end of the first sale day, one hour before OR after the second sale day. These items can't be moved DURING the sale as they can cause an accident in the house or issues outside the house due to loading the articles.
10. If you pick up an item and decide not to buy it, please place it back where you found it.
11. Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. You are welcome to test the working condition of electronic items on site. All items are sold "AS IS". We make NO guarantees regarding the operational or cosmetic condition of items sold, and we do not offer refunds. All items are sold "AS IS, "NO REFUNDS. Please check before you leave.
12. Please be aware. Sort it Out, nor homeowner are responsible for accidents.
13. We have sold tags if you wish to purchase large items. Please let an employee know; they will give you a card to take to the register. Once the item is paid for, they will mark PAID. Once paid for, bring the card back to the employee, and they will mark it sold.

WE are preselling some of the larger furniture items to give more room for shopping …..if these items are available they will have a price under the picture. If you are interested I in one of these items please text Kelly at (919) 949-1918 with the picture of the item, your first and last name, and email address and we will send you an invoice. No other prices will be given out before the sale.
This house is SO full of AMAZING vintage treasures. The back room was a beauty sayin complete with chair, dryers, sink, tons of owl decor, pictures and more. Then the next room has amazing MCM furniture, tons of women’s sweaters, dresses, 2 piece dress suits, skirts, jackets, children’s clothing, scarves, hats and more. It also has 2 awesome sewing machines and accessories. The middle room has the most INCREDIBLE vintage toy collection we have seen. Games, toy guns, books, tin cars and planes, train set, Lincoln logs, metal cars and dump trucks and the list goes on. The front room is filled with end tables, a piano, cedar trunk, superb lights and light fixtures, oil lamps and a GORGEOUS mirror. Then we go to the kitchen which is packed to the brim. Pyrex sets, China sets, Reverware, aluminum baking pans, glassware, bar ware, Milk glass, Fiesta Ware, Shawnee Pottery, tons of brass and vintage wood dishes and the list goes on.
Outside we have a sailboat & a shed and some primitive tools and bikes. The shed has some MCM furniture (that needs some TLC) power tools, rugs and more.
BRING boxes, BRING bags, and patience. The house is packed, small And only a limited number of people will be allowed in at one time. WE will not have any packing materials or boxes. PLEASE bring your own.
this sale has NO bathrooms and NO AC …..so come prepared :)
