Terms & Conditions
We welcome you to join us for the sale of some very nice estate items!
- There will be a sign-up sheet on the front porch on Friday at 12:00 noon. Entry is through the front door.
- We will use the driveway for loading, so please don't block or park driveway.
- There is plenty of street parking available. Please be respectful of neighbor's property and don't block driveways.
- Please mind your children. We love animals, please leave them outside (water will be available).
- We are happy to help you load furniture, please be patient while we try to get to everyone.
- Large items have a two-part tag. Once you are certain you want to purchase a large item, please tear the bottom half of tag off and bring to check-out. If you make a mistake and pull a tag, please give to one of our helpers to re-attach so the item is still available.
- Smaller items can be carried to the check-out. We will have a "sold" table in the check-out area where you can leave items you are going to purchase while you continue shopping. Boxes and paper will be available for wrapping.
- Questions in advance of the sale, feel free to call or email Raleigh Auction. However, in fairness to all, we don't disclose prices prior to sale.
- Accepted payment is cash, check, or credit card. All items sold as-is, where-is, no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
