5. We will not deliver or load furniture. Please make sure you have help/bring help to load your items, ESPECIALLY at this location.

6. Anyone caught stealing will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

7. Please keep small children in your control at all times.

8. There are no public restrooms at this sale.

9. We are not responsible for accidents.

10. We reserve the right to refuse to serve or allow entrance to anyone.

This is a Huge Estate Sale! You don’t want to miss it. This home has incredible furniture, Signed and First Edition Books, and beautiful decor

There is gorgeous rugs one valued at over $20,000 and some super rare books. 
We have an amazing King Bed, antique metal full bed & two twin beds. The artwork is spectacular and we have some beautiful pottery pieces. There is an antique roll top desk, vintage chests, awesome brass lamps and so much more. And who can forget the 75 year old baby grand piano in incredible condition. We can’t wait to see you Saturday!!! And Sunday.
