The majority of items we sell are used/vintage - that's what makes tag sales great! However, that also means things will potentially have flaws/signs of use, are sold "as is", and cannot be returned.

Please join Gay Gasper Estate Sales Team for a great estate tag sale in Durham on Friday, April 18 and Saturday, April 19.

Hours are Friday, 4 p.m. - 7 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. (No admission numbers for this sale, by the way...just line up beforehand.)

We are so happy to be helping a lovely long-time Durham resident downsize.

The family moved into the house in 1962, purchased many of the furnishings in the home around that time, kept them in immaculate condition, and did not redecorate (thank goodness).

Lots of things in the sale were used, played with, etc. and then up to the attic they went until last weekend. If you love a real tag sale with vintage items, this is the sale for you.

Contents:

Furniture: Spring green Thayer Coggin sofa (designed by Milo Baughman), 1960s James furniture club chair in original orange upholstery, pair midcentury chairs (27" high x 28" wide), period coffee table, period octagonal side table, set retro '60s kitchen chairs, dining room table and chairs, pair contemporary dressers, various beds and dressers (affordable), pair antique wicker chaise longues.

Accessories: a fantastic 1960s modern art sculpture by Durham artist Martha Wittles, vintage 1960s living room lamp, vintage Zenith radio, Korean pottery, many books, Judaica, some older record albums, plus more.

We have some very cute vintage clothing items (ladies' petite sized, and 1970s boy's and girl's clothing - see photos) and a little jewelry.

Household: some tools & hardware, vintage kitchen, washer & dryer, FREEZER, vintage stove, vintage refrigerator, plus more.

Miscellaneous: Star Wars and Planet of the Apes cards, 1970s Columbia Apache banana seat bike, vintage 1960s and 1970s toys (Six Million Dollar Man, etc.), board games, etc. Vintage sheet music. 3/8" violin.
