We are anticipating HEAVY traffic and for this sale. Please be prepared to wait for entry into the home. Because it is SO FULL we will have to limit the number of people in the house at one time.
NO PURSES OR BAGS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE HOME. Please leave them in your car.
Receipts will be checked at the door.

SIGN UP SHEET GOES OUT ONE HOUR PRIOR TO THE OPEN OF THE SALE. If our staff is not there and it is not the official signup sheet. You MUST be there to sign up on that sheet. All people in your party must be on the signup sheet. If a sheet starts before that- it will not be honored by our staff.
Show up an hour or two into the sale? Traffic is typically free flowing at that point.
We will have staff on hand to help load your larger items- but please keep in mind there might be a wait and it will be much faster if you come prepared with help.
Cash, Credit Cards (3% processing fee) and Checks (under $200) accepted.
All items must be removed from the property by Sunday.

Saturday evening update: we went through and updated sold items. Please note- we're doing our best to keep you updated- but there were THOUSANDS of items in this house and we've likely not marked some of the sold items due to the sheer volume of items in the house - specifically art, rugs and pottery. THIS HOUSE STILL HAS TONS OF STUFF LEFT!!! Everything except a few exceptions on jewelry (discounted- not to half) will be half tomorrow!!! As the surface level of items are sold- new items are yours to discover! Thanks for coming out!
