From the USA to Brazil – A Moving Sale with International Flair!

Parking is limited to visitor parking or parallel parking on the side of the street. Do not park in numbered spaces as those belong to neighboring tenants.

We may need to limit the number of people we allow in at one time due to space restraints so please be patient. Sign-in sheet will be posted on table out front the morning of the sale. Please sign in and respect order in which you arrived.

Cash and Venmo preferred. 3% added for credit card charges. Checks not accepted. We do not issue refunds.

Estate sale team is unavailable to assist with lifting/moving during the sale. Please bring help to load heavy furniture items, We have a list of wonderful movers if you need one. We ask that bigger furniture items wait to be picked up at the end of the sale on Sunday.

Silver Linings is not responsible for accidents occurred on property.

Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. All items are sold as is, with no refunds. If an item is purchased and not picked up within an hour of the sale ending, the buyer forfeits their rights to the item.

Please test all electronics in advance of purchasing the item as we cannot guarantee working order.
