Get ready for a classic country estate sale! We are headed out to East Bend for a sale that is truly worth the drive. We have a house packed with priced treasures and a barn and shed that are a true "picker’s situation." Whether you are looking for pristine mid-century decor or want to dig for that diamond in the rough, this sale has it all.

🗓️Dates: May 2nd & May 3rd
Saturday Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday Hours: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
🚗Parking: On-site parking is available in the designated area next to the barn. Please follow our car(s) for parking etiquette. Face (or back in) towards the barn or towards the road. If you have a 4x4, feel free to park in the MASSIVE field!!
🏚️ The Picker’s Barn & Shed (💵Cash is King!)
The barn and shed are a picker's dream. Please note: **Signal is non-existent out by the barn**, so we cannot process cards there. **Cash is required for all barn/shed purchases**, and items must be paid for at the barn before heading to the house.
🚪New Old Stock (NOS) Hardware:
A massive inventory of vintage cabinet hardware. We’re talking handles, knobs, backplates, hinges, and locks. Since the former owners were in the furniture business, this is all unused, vintage stock!
🛠️Tools & Equipment:
A workbench, drill press, and more chainsaws than you have hands to use.
Appliances: A vintage refrigerator and a deep freezer—both in great working order and perfect for a garage or workshop.

Payment: Cash is highly preferred (especially for the barn!). Cards are accepted for house purchases with a **3% convenience fee**.
Checks: We do not accept checks.
Sales Tax: We collect NC sales tax as required by law.
