ALL sales are cash and credit card only sale (credit card fees may apply).
Due to the nature of estate sales, we do not issue refunds; all sales are final.
It is your responsibility to inspect all items before purchasing.
You will need to bring help to load large items.
When attending any of our estate sales, you agree to enter at your own risk.
Happy Camper Estate Sales is not responsible for any accidents or for anything that happens during or as a result of you attending any of our sales. We do not quote prices over the phone or via email.
Items may be added or deleted before the day of the sale
By entering our sale, you consent to be videotaped and photographed, as the premises may have security cameras.
We do not allow large handbags inside the home.
All food and beverage items must be consumed outside before entering.
No public restrooms
ALL Items must be picked up by the end of the sale.

🏛️✨ EDEN IS SHOWING OFF… AND FRANKLY, IT HAS EVERY RIGHT TO ✨🏛️
Every once in a while, we walk into a house and temporarily forget how to behave professionally.
This is one of those houses.
Located in Eden’s beautiful historic district, this home is STUNNING.
Not “Oh, that’s a nice house” stunning.
More like:
“Excuse us while we wander from room to room staring at the furniture and questioning
why our own homes suddenly feel so inadequate.”
The challenge with describing this sale is that much of the furniture doesn’t come
with a recognizable name stamped on the back.
It’s antique.
It’s handmade.
It’s beautifully crafted.
And it has more character in one carved leg than most furniture showrooms have in the entire building.
