By participating in this auction, all bidders agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

### AUCTION FORMAT

This is a **LIVE, IN-PERSON AUCTION** beginning Saturday, September 12, 2026 at **10:00 AM**.

Online bidding through HiBid is **PRE-BIDDING ONLY** and will close at **9:00 AM**, one hour prior to the live auction.

The highest online pre-bid received on each lot will become the **opening bid** when that lot is offered during the live auction. The auction will then continue with live bidding until the lot is sold.

### BUYER'S PREMIUM

• **8% Buyer's Premium** for purchases made at the live, in-person auction.
• **15% Buyer's Premium** for successful online pre-bidders.

The applicable buyer's premium will be added to the final hammer price.

### PAYMENT

Live auction purchases may be paid by **cash, approved check, or credit/debit card**.

A **3% processing fee** applies to credit/debit card payments.

Online winning bidders will be charged according to the payment terms provided through HiBid.

Applicable North Carolina sales tax will be collected unless the buyer provides valid tax-exempt documentation.

All purchases must be paid in full before items are removed from the auction premises.

### ALL ITEMS SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS

All items are sold **AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied**.

Descriptions, photographs, measurements, and other information are provided as a convenience to bidders. While every effort is made to provide accurate information, bidders are encouraged to inspect items and use their own judgment regarding condition, age, authenticity, value, and suitability before bidding.

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks will be accepted.

### BIDDING

All bids are considered binding.

The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid, resolve bidding disputes, determine the successful bidder, withdraw or group lots when necessary, and regulate bidding in accordance with applicable auction rules and law.

Announcements made by the auctioneer on auction day take precedence over previously published information.

### FIREARMS

All firearm purchases are subject to applicable **federal, state, and local laws and regulations**.

Firearms requiring transfer will be transferred through the appropriate Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). Buyers are responsible for complying with all transfer requirements and for any applicable transfer, shipping, or related fees.

Firearms will not be released to any purchaser who cannot legally take possession of the firearm.

### REMOVAL & PICKUP

Buyers are responsible for the removal, loading, transportation, and pickup of their purchases.

Items must be removed during the designated pickup period unless prior arrangements have been approved by Martin Vintage Sales & Auctions.

Martin Vintage Sales & Auctions and the property owner are not responsible for accidents, injury, theft, damage, or loss occurring during inspection, bidding, pickup, loading, or removal.

### ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By registering, bidding online, placing a pre-bid, or participating in the live auction, bidders acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
