**AUCTION FORMAT:**
This is a **Hybrid Auction** with live in-person bidding and online pre-bidding through HiBid.

Online bidding is **PRE-BIDDING ONLY** and closes Saturday, September 26 at **9:00 AM ET**. The live in-person auction begins at **10:00 AM ET**.

When online pre-bidding closes, the highest HiBid bid on each lot becomes the opening bid for that lot during the live auction. The auctioneer will continue bidding live from that amount. If no higher bid is received from the live audience, the HiBid high bidder will be the successful purchaser. If live bidding exceeds the online bidder's maximum bid, the live bidder will be the successful purchaser.

**Online bidding does not continue during the live auction.** Online bidders are encouraged to enter their maximum bid before online bidding closes.

**BUYER'S PREMIUM:**
• Online Buyers: **15% Buyer's Premium**
• Live In-Person Buyers: **8% Buyer's Premium**
• Credit/Debit Card Processing Fee: **3.5%**

Applicable sales tax will be collected unless a valid exemption is provided.

**PAYMENT:**
Online buyers must register with a valid credit or debit card. At the conclusion of the auction, the card on file may be automatically charged for all successful purchases, including the purchase price, Buyer's Premium, applicable sales tax, and 3.5% card processing fee.

A **$20 declined card/inconvenience fee** may be assessed if the card on file cannot be processed.

Live buyers may pay by cash, approved check, or credit/debit card. Payment in full is required before any merchandise will be released.

**ALL SALES ARE FINAL – AS IS, WHERE IS:**
All items are sold **AS IS, WHERE IS**, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Descriptions, photographs, measurements, dates, makers, models, condition statements, and other information are provided in good faith for bidder convenience but are not guaranteed.

Bidders are responsible for examining items and determining condition, authenticity, age, completeness, value, and suitability before bidding. No refunds, returns, chargebacks, or adjustments will be made based on condition or bidder inspection after the sale.

**BIDDING:**
All bids are considered binding. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid, determine bidding increments, settle bidding disputes, reopen or resell a lot when necessary, combine or separate lots, and withdraw any item prior to sale.

The auctioneer's decision regarding bidding and the successful purchaser is final.

**PICKUP & SHIPPING:**
Buyers are responsible for complying with the pickup and shipping instructions provided for this auction. Items must be removed during the designated pickup period unless other arrangements have been approved.

Online purchases designated for shipping will be charged applicable shipping, packaging, handling, and insurance costs to the card on file. Items not picked up during the designated pickup period may be treated as shipping orders unless prior arrangements have been made.

Buyer assumes responsibility for merchandise once it has been declared sold.

**INTERNET/TECHNICAL ISSUES:**
Martin Vintage Sales is not responsible for internet outages, platform malfunctions, missed bids, delayed bids, connection problems, or other technical issues involving HiBid or the bidder's equipment or internet service.

**ANNOUNCEMENTS:**
Any announcements or corrections made by the auctioneer on auction day take precedence over previously published advertising, photographs, descriptions, or other information.

By registering, bidding online, or bidding in person, bidders acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
