The lots listed in this catalog are from the living estate of Diane Israel and is being offered by Sterling Transitions Inc. as agent for consignor(s) subject to the following terms and conditions. By bidding at the auction you agree to be bound by these Conditions of sale.

Pick Up/Shipping--

PAYMENT INFO: You will receive an EMAIL from Sterling Transitions Inc AFTER THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION, not after the item was sold. This email will include payment instructions via PayPal and instructions for shipping, if requested. If you are picking up locally, then please pay your invoice prior to pick up through PayPal. If you require shipping, you will need to pay your second invoice with shipping charges included within 24 hours of receipt. Paypal accepts all credit card payments. Buyer may pay to our email address, info@sterlingtransitions.com or type in the following into your web browser. “https://www.paypal.me/SterlingTransitions” If you prefer a different payment method, then you may call us with a credit card for us to process over the phone or pay cash in person. We understand that sometimes things happen, so we ask for communication on your part as soon possible to let us know if you need to change pick up or cancel your bid. If we do not hear from you or you do not pay for your goods by the end of the pick up time then we will be unable to allow you to bid in future auctions with us. We apologize for the strict policy but this puts us in an unnecessary bind and we just ask you to call or email us ASAP if plans have changed.
