We are not responsible for any accidents on site.
If you break an item, you must pay for the item you broke.
All items are sold "AS IS", NO REFUNDS.
Prices are Non-Negotiable first day of sale.
Anyone caught stealing will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
No Food, Drinks or Pets allowed inside of home.
Please keep small children in your control.
We do not allow any outside "sold tags" aside from our own.
We do not provide packing material or boxes .
DO NOT park in driveway unless you are loading items.

We are hosting an estate sale and selling all you see in the pictures plus more! We are still under strict guidelines for Covid-19. You must bring a mask if you want to attend the sale. We can’t make you wear one but would rather you be safe than sorry! We will only be letting in 20 people at a time for this estate sale.
