We have a nice sale but no parking!  The home is very nice and parking is so limited that we are running an online buy it now sale and when you come to pick up you can shop more items that are not listed online.  For the most part the sale is AS IS and no refunds.  However, we recognize that things are not always what they seem to be and we will issue refunds within reason.  If you just don't show up to get your items there will be no refunds.

This sale will run 4 days.  Once it is completed we will contact you to schedule pickup at the home.  Check it out at the link below.  We are excited to try this and if it works well we will be handling more sales that we have to turn down in the past due to parking restrictions.  See below
