If you break an item, you must pay for the item you broke.

Prices are Non-Negotiable first day of sale.
Anyone caught stealing will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
No Food, Drinks or Pets allowed inside of home.
Please keep small children in your control.
We do not allow any outside "sold tags" aside from our own.
We do not provide packing material or boxes .
DO NOT park in driveway unless you are loading items.
We are hosting a sale in Franklinton North Carolina, and we will be selling all you see in the photos plus more. We are still under restrictions in North Carolina because of the coronavirus. We are asking that everyone who attends our estate sales wear a mask inside the home. We are also asking if you do not feel well, if you are running a temperature, or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for the virus, stay home. We are taking these precautions for your safety and ours. We had to change the start date of the sale from Friday 8/21/2020 to Saturday 8/22/2020 9am-2pm, so we had everything set up.
