We will be following COVID-19 protocol. YOU MUST WEAR A MASK TO ATTEND THIS SALE. No Exceptions. A handwashing station will be set up in the kitchen and sanitizer will be available.
*You must bring help to move and load purchases at this sale. We will not be able to assist you.
*Not responsible for accidents.
*We will be accepting cash and credit cards with proper ID.
*All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no implied warranty or guarantee.
*Items priced as marked on Saturday. Most items will be 50% off on Sunday.
*Numbers will go out 1 hour prior to start of sale on both Saturday and Sunday. Numbers out at 8:00 am on Saturday and at 10:00 am on Sunday.
*EACH PERSON ENTERING THE HOME MUST HAVE THEIR OWN NUMBER. We will control the flow based on COVID occupancy. Please be patient.
*Enter thru the front door only and checkout/EXIT through the garage only.
*Only our SOLD stickers will be honored. Large items will have pull tags on them. If you intend to buy the item remove the bottom half of the the pull ticket. This must be presented at checkout. Please do not pull tags to "think about" an item. This is unfair to other shoppers.
*A hold area will be set up in the garage for smaller items. Again, please do not use this area for decision making.
*All items must be removed from the sale by 3pm on Sunday.
