2 We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, and checks with proper id.
3. All art will be sold as is where is with no warranty. The Art works have been submitted by local and regional artists and are deemed created by the artists who possess unencumbered title to the Artworks.
4. No photos posted are to be copied or duplicated in any way.
6. Buyer is responsible for removing large items purchased at the auction. Items must be removed at the end of the auction unless arrangements are made to be picked up by 2 pm Sunday, November 10th, or they will be considered a donation.
