1. All sales are a first come, first serve basis. We do not pre-sale on estate sales. We can and will presale on buyout, cleanout, and warehouse sales. We will hold items after the estate sale has started as long as they are paid in full. This rule only applies to estate sales, not buyout, cleanout, or warehouse sales. We will not hold items for those three sales unless they are paid for.
2. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
3. All items are sold as is, where is. We are not responsible for moving, loading, or delivering purchased items.
4. Please be aware, we do not own the property where most of our sales occur. Being intentionally destructive of property will get you removed from the premises and banned from any future sales.
5. Any rude, loud, or offensive behavior will get you removed from the premises and banned from future sales.
6. We accept cash, check, and most major credit and debit cards. Credit and debit cards incur a 3% transaction fee.
7. During estate sales, we MUST keep track of all sales. Please be patient when checking out so we can accurately record each and every purchase for ours and our clients
records.
8. ANY instance of rude or inappropriate behavior towards our staff or other shoppers will get you removed from the premises and banned from future
sales.
9. Any instance of theft and or tag swapping will be reported to law enforcement and we will press all charges possible.
10. There are no bathrooms available at our sales. This is not our property, please refrain from using the bathrooms. No dogs allowed.
