This is a Cash Only Sale
Home Owner & Liquidator are not liable for accident, injury or damage.
We are unable to offer any form of a preview or quote prices prior to the sale.
Please bring help to load large purchases.
You will need to bring your own wrapping material! Boxes will be provided in limited number.
Please park on one side of the street, not blocking any driveways or the flow of traffic.
Saturday will be full price until 2:00, then items we be discounted 50%.
All items must be removed from the property by 3:00 Saturday.
No returns/refunds. All sales are final.
Entry Numbers will be handed out 1 hour prior to the start of the sale.

We are pleased to assist this family as they relocate to their new home and sell lots of very nice items they are unable to take with them, including furniture, home décor, lamps, kitchen gadgets, draperies, curtains, toys, clothing and much more.
