Pure & Simple and Client are not responsible for onside accidents, loss of items, personal injuries/ illnesses, or theft.

Customers are responsible for loading large purchases such as furniture. Please bring appropriate help, tools, and packing materials.

All large purchases must be picked up by closing time on the last day.

Please be advised, phone calls may not be returned until after the sale.

When Visiting The Sale Site: Small children must be under parental supervision at all times, or you may be asked to leave.

A note: Please and thank you for parking where neighboring driveways are free and clear. (And please stay parked on the street.....no grass.... thank you!! Driveway will be reserved for loading purchased items.
