* Sale starts promptly as scheduled -No early sales or previews. We cannot pre-sale or hold any items.

*Plenty of parking along the driveway.

*No sign up sheet! First in line is first inside! Entrance is through the garage and exit point is through the living room onto the back porch.

*Bring packaging materials and moving help! Limited help will be available during the sale. We prefer all items purchased to be taken at time of sale but we can work with you

*Any damage made to walls /Floors will be buyer responsibility to repair at their expense.

*Holding area located by checkout.

*If you bring children, keep them with you at all times.

*Sale areas include outdoors, garage and most rooms in the house. Some rooms will be blocked off with tape. Please do not enter these areas.
