Entry numbers will be given out starting **1 hour prior to the sale**. A limited number of shoppers will be permitted inside the home at one time.

Cash and cards accepted. A 3% surcharge applies to credit card transactions. Debit cards are not subject to surcharge. We do not accept Checks, Venmo or PayPal.

All guests enter the property at their own risk. Reclaimed Oak Estate Sales, the homeowner, and the estate are not responsible for accidents, injuries, slips, falls, loss, theft, damage, parking issues, or incidents on or around the property.

All items are sold **as is, where is**. All sales are final with no refunds, returns, exchanges, warranties, or guarantees. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing.

Buyers are responsible for bringing their own help, tools, packing materials, and appropriate vehicles for loading and removing purchases. Reclaimed Oak Estate Sales does not lift, carry, disassemble, load, deliver, or move purchased items.

Once purchased, items become the buyer’s responsibility and must be removed by the stated pickup deadline.

Items are sold first come, first served unless otherwise stated. Availability may change quickly, and items are not considered sold until paid for in full.

Animals are not allowed at our sales, except service animals as required by law. Children must be supervised at all times.

Please respect the home, neighbors, staff, and other shoppers. Do not enter closed, blocked, or private areas. Reclaimed Oak Estate Sales may limit entry, manage lines, refuse service, or remove anyone for unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior.

Please Park legally and do not block driveways, mailboxes, roads, or neighboring properties.
