All items must be removed by end of sale.
**Small children need to be supervised at all times**
Please have adequate help to pack and load purchased, we will have limited assistance in moving items.
We will have only a limited number of boxes.
Please do not block street or traffic, be courteous of neighbors!
Homeowner nor estate solutions are responsible for injuries or accidents during sale.
We gladly accept cash or credit cards. We DO NOT accept checks!
Our prices are FIRM on the first day of the sale. We feel that we price fairly from the start, and hold FIRM on day 1 to be fair to ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS AND OUR CLIENTS. Please don't ask for discounts on day 1, as we will have to turn you down.
We open the second day with a standard discount (usually 50%) and MAY negotiate lower in the last hour of the sale (we do not allow customers to stock pile merchandise until the last hour!)
