2. Payment must be made using American Express/MasterCard/Visa/Discover. Due to current Covid-19 only credit cards will be allowed for purchases. All balances will be paid before auction items will be allowed to leave. All currency is under USD.
3. There is a 15% Buyers Premium added to each purchase as part of the purchase price. North Carolina sales tax is applicable unless you are exempt and have supplied the Auction Company with proper documentation PRIOR TO CLOSE OF AUCTION.
4. The auctioneer is the sole judge in the event of a disputed bid. The auctioneer may reopen the bidding at his or her discretion. The highest/successful bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser and thereupon assumes full risk and responsibility. Purchaser will sign for and pay full price for the said lot.
5. All items are subject to a minimum or reserve bid. The owner(s) of the items and his or her representative are not allowed to bid on the items offered for auction.
7. Pick up time for the auction items posted for the auction are set. It is the responsibility of the the buyer(s) to pick up items at the specific place, date, and time advertised in the auction listing. DUE TO THE OVERWHELMING AMOUNT OF ITEMS NOT PICKED UP ON THE DATE/TIME POSTED; ALL ITEMS LEFT AFTER PICKUP DATE AND TIMES POSTED WILL BE DONATED OR RESOLD FROM THIS POINT ON WITH NO REFUNDS GIVEN. All items must be removed on pickup day unless other arrangements are made prior to the pickup day. WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS.
9. BUYERS are responsible for removal of items and providing own packing and transport materials for items purchased. Auction company cannot aid in the removal or packing of items from/at pick up location.
10. Announcements made the day of the sale supersede and take precedence over any previous announcements or advertisements.
11. Unpaid items will be forfeited if bidder does not pay before pickup time begins. Unpaid forfeited items will be resold at subsequent auction and non-paying bidder will lose bidding privileges.
12. It is not Gander & Gavel Auction Co., LLC responsibility to ensure buyers/sellers check their personnel email accounts. Emails are sent to winning bidders within 24 hours after the auction closes. Don't forget to check your "spam" or "junk" email folders for our emails along with the "inbox" folder.
13. Violation of TERMS and CONDITIONS may lead to bidder "banned" from future auctions.

We have a great online auction starting Halloween night! We have numerous wonderful treasures from different consignors to include: collectible Wayne Dairy Goldsboro carton, vintage apothecary/pharmacy type items such as NOS vintage labels, vintage glass, jewelry, and more. Please keep checking back as we continue to catalogue this auction! Photos will be added throughout the week leading up to the start of the auction.
