It's going to be a fun day for shoppers. Come early to catch the bargains!
Some items (furniture and other) will be marked with a RED sale price and that is the Sunday price.
If an item does not have a RED sale price, it will be 1/2 off
when you check-out. This includes most furniture.
Reminder: we do not take debit or credit cards for purchases less than $10. We will have staff available to help you load your items if needed.

Terms of Sale: We accept cash, good checks (with photo ID), credit cards (M/C, Visa, Debit with photo ID). Out-of-state checks must be approved in advance of purchase. No Credit or Debit Card Charges less than $10.00 - so bring money or checkbook please. All items must be paid for on the day of purchase. Items are sold "as is, as found." All Sales Are Final. Removal of items is the responsibility of the buyer and must be completed by 4 pm on Sunday, June 23. Announcements made at the sale take precedence over written materials.
