It is the responsibility of the bidder to determine the exact condition and authenticity of each item. No statement in this auction or by representatives of Port City Auctions shall be considered as a warranty or assumption of liability. Oral and written descriptions given by its staff members in person or electronically are given as a courtesy to a client, are only an opinion, and should not be considered as a guarantee of age, composition, or authenticity.
The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear or imperfections. A good condition report considers age and use of item with appropriate wear.
By bidding, you signify that you have either closely examined the items, have chosen not to examine them, or have hired an independent agent to examine the item(s) for you.
2. The AUCTIONEER reserves the right to withdraw a lot for any reason deemed appropriate, including any lots that may have a reserve, or if there is a lack of bidding interest or lack of appropriate bids. Port City Auctions shall always have the right to withdraw any item at any time for any reason and to default any sale in the event of an error or dispute.
3. There is an 15% buyer’s premium. 7% NC State Sales tax

Antique Landlord Liquidation Auction
Saturday January 7th @ 10am
2500 E. Market St
Greensboro, NC 27401
This WAS going to be the last of several live, onsite ONLY auctions BUT due to the discovery of so many great items, we will continue with additional auctions throughout Jan and possibly Feb.
We will start the auction outside selling 150+ shopping carts loaded with antiques, collectibles, glassware, pottery, country store related items, and miscellaneous. These items will be sold by the shopping cart full. All you flea market vendors need to be here for this auction. We will also be selling the contents of the tractor trailers that are currently being unloaded. Continue to visit the website for more discovered items. We are finding & uncovering more items everyday!!!
Once we finish selling outside we will move inside afterwards.
