We accept cash, checks, and credit cards; proper identification required. We do greatly appreciate payment with cash & approved checks, but do not charge a "buyer's premium" for your credit card purchases. We value our customers and we hope to always be able to afford that 3% charge, instead of making you pay it.
We promise to price items reasonably and fairly. Families deserve a good return on their belongings and we believe fairness is extremely important to the families and customers.
Please bring your own help to load large items.
All items available for sale will be clearly marked; please only remove tags from large items that you intend to purchase.
We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for accidents/injuries or for loss/theft of personal belongings.
Please do not leave children unattended.
Access to the property is strictly limited to sale days, during hours directly associated with the sale. Any entry onto the property otherwise by unauthorized persons is Trespassing and prosecutable by law.
No smoking inside any building(s).
All items are sold AS-IS and all sales are final.
We've already done this once, but we're going to be wild & do it again. This time will include some of the items available the first time around, but will also have some new items. So, even if you came the first time, you'll not want to miss this encore. And there will be some really great deals & deep discounts as the day goes by.
This sale won't make you blue, but you'll definitely see plenty of blue. There is such a variety of blue glass & accessories, but also some great furniture pieces, beautiful one-of-a-kind artwork paintings, vintage items, & some antiques.
