1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. Numbers will be handed out 30 minutes prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

Estate Tag Sale in Greensboro, N.C.! 50% off of everything Saturday!
Estate tag sale in Greensboro, N.C. to be conducted on Friday, July 9th (10:00am-3:00pm) and Saturday, July 10th (9:00am-2:00pm). Estate sale will feature a 65 year and more accumulation of all types of items. Sale includes old toys, games, comic books, kitchenware, glassware, pottery, Christmas items, holiday items, dolls, boat models, cameras, radios, vintage baby items, lots of smalls, collectibles, household and more. Only a few pieces of furniture were left in house. Please see photo captions for details. We thank you for your continued support!
