Auction Terms & Conditions -Once you place a bid you are agreeing to purchase that lot for whatever the bid ends up being. A Bid is an agreement to purchase.
-Lack of payment will result in permanent ban from our auctions. Do not bid if you do not plan on paying. Items not purchased or picked up within 2 days (without prior agreement with the auction company) will be considered abandoned and resold or donated.
-Bring your own labor. We do not load furniture or large items for you.
-Payment is required withing 24 hours or auction close unless other arrangements are made.
-SHIPPING: We will ship certain smaller items at the buyer's expense. NOT ALL LOTS CAN BE SHIPPED - NO SHIPPING ON FURNITURE, RUGS, OR OTHER LARGE ITEMS.
-All items must be paid for before they are picked up or shipped. Items to be shipped cannot be removed from the location without payment.
-A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final bid amount when invoiced.
-All Items are sold as is where is. We have made every effort to describe lot items as accurately as possible. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items. No refunds or returns.
-Bid Retraction: If you request a retraction of a bid, ALL of your bids will be retracted. We will NOT retract bids within 30 minutes of auction close.
-Questions: ALL questions about items including flaws, authenticity, etc. MUST be asked BEFORE bidding.
-Items are sold as is where is there are no refunds or exchanges.
-Aderholdt Auctions is not responsible for damages or injury due to this auction
