- We are not responsible for for accidents or injuries.
- We will accept Cash, Credit/Debit (3%* fee will be added to Credit/Debit Transactions. *A 5% fee will be added to manual entry Credit/Debit transactions). 
- All items are sold As-Is and there are no guarantees implied.
- We may add or delete items before sale day.
- Prices are not communicated prior to the sale.
- Prices on first day of sale are FIRM(Subject to change). Any discounts will be communicated on the 2nd day of the sale.
- Public restrooms are not available during the sale.
- Items will be displayed inside of the home.  Please do not enter the sale area prior to the start of the sale.
- Line will form at the front door, along the sidewalk, to the driveway.
- Numbers will ONLY be assigned if inclement weather is present 1 hour prior to the sale. 
- Please lock your vehicle(s) before entering the sales area.
- Please be respectful of neighbor's property when parking.
- Some inventory may be staged outside. Please do not enter the sale area prior to the start of the sale.
- We will not start the sale early on Day 1. We reserve the right to start the sale early on Day 2 at our discretion.
