1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. Numbers will be handed out 30 minutes prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

Estate Tag sale in Greensboro, N.C. to be conducted on Friday March 26th (10:00am-5:00pm) and Saturday March 27th (09:00am-02:00pm). Sale address is 1006 Woodlark Ln. Greensboro, N.C. 27406. Sale will feature furniture, outdoor furniture, ornate antique oak mantle, home decor, collectibles, pottery, HO train items, tools, lawn tools, ladders, holiday decor, household, kitchenware, sterling jewelry, costume jewelry and lots of outdoor decor. Please check photo captions for details. Masks are required to attend this sale. We will be practicing social distancing. We reserve the right to limit the number of attendees in the house at one time. If you are not feeling well or do not feel safe then please do not attend. We thank you for your continued support!
