1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside front door one hour prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

TRAFFIC FOR TODAY’s SALE!! if you are coming from the south of Greensboro and taking 85 business north to get here, NCDOT has 85 business shut down for the weekend. Please use interstate 85 to Alamance Church Road. Take a left on Alamance Church, and a right on Causey lake. Once you get to Lee Street, take a right and follow the directional signs to take a left into Kingsberry.

Estate tag sale in Greensboro, N.C. to be conducted on Friday July 14th from 10:00am till 3:00pm and Saturday July 15th from 9:00am till 2:00pm. Address will be posted closer to sale date. Estate sale will feature Husqvarna riding mower, 1976 Kawasaki KZ400 (not running), Christmas items, lamps and accessories, furniture, clocks, tools, collectibles, household, some vintage clothing, outdoor items, appliances, linens, kitchenware and more. Please check photo captions for details. Please note that line will form at back door. A sign-up sheet will be placed at back door one hour prior to sale start time each day.
