4. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside front door one hour prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

Estate tag sale in Greensboro, N.C. to be conducted on Friday August 23rd from 10:00am-3:00pm and Saturday August 24th from 9:00am-2:00pm. Sale address is 2008 Ledford Rd. Greensboro, N.C. 27406. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside garage door one hour prior to sale start time on each day. This is the second sale at this estate with all fresh items. Sale will feature a passionate lifetime collection of Disney items, pedal cars, bicycles, western toys, bicycles, pedal cars, lots of cap guns, Campbell's kids, character items, coins, holiday items, Christmas, Thanksgiving decor, household, some furniture and more. Lots of the vintage Disney, Mickey Mouse items are in original packaging, 1990's art glass and home decor. Hundreds of Disney items. See photo captions for details.
