1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside front door one hour prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.
Description & Details
Estate tag sale in Greensboro, N.C. to be conducted on Saturday March 22nd from 9:00am-3:00pm. Sale address is 911 Cocoa Dr. Greensboro, N.C. 27406. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside each day one hour prior to sale start time. This is a small one-day sale being conducted to assist a client who is moving. We will close at 1:00 pm and reopen at 1:15 for discounts. Sale will feature furniture, home decor, Pez dispensers, old games and puzzles, vintage coloring books, military, dolls, kitchenware, China, guns, coins, household, teapots, a few tools and hardware items, vintage clothing, games, children's books, outdoor building and more.
