Please Note Due to the forcast of Possible Rain on Saturday there will be a Sign up Sheet. You must be in line in correct number order PRIOR to the Door Opening at 8am or you Will Forfit Your Place in Line. No exceptions...So remember your number.... Thank you.
- Cash, Check and Credit Cards with Two Proper ID'S ONLY. Correct address must be printed on your check.
- All Sales Final. NO refunds or returns. So check your purchases carefully.
-All prices firm until Saturday at 1 pm
- REDUCTIONS......We will close Saturday from 12:00 - 1 pm THEN .....MARKDOWNS BEGIN AT 1 pm SATURDAY......NOT everything will be reduced....
- Bring your own "man power" for moving and loading larger items WE CANNOT HELP !!!!.
- A Two Part Tag System is being used..... Your name and phone number MUST be on the top part of the tag in order to claim it. Pay for immediately at check out. (Be sure to tear off the bottom portion of the tag to claim the item..This tag will be marked paid when you pay.) DO NOT PULL A TAG IF YOU ARE NOT COMMITTED TO PURCHASING THE ITEM !!! Items will be re-tagged if not purchased within 30 minutes.
All items must be removed before the end of the Sale on Saturday unless prior arrangements are made
- We are not responsible for accidents on the premises.
- NO Food or Drinks or Pets allowed in the Home.
- Sorry ... NO Public Restrooms...
-Bring your own boxes, please... We have very few at this Sale....Sorry.....
PLEASE NOTE : ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM MOVING FURNITURE DONE TO THE WALLS, FLOORS OR ANY PART OF THE HOUSE WILL BE THE FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER TO PAY FOR THE REPAIR !!!
