1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. Numbers will be handed out 30 minutes prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

Please note that estate sale entrance is located on Granville Rd. Signage will direct you to the estate sale entrance. Parking is available on side streets off of West Cornwallis. Please be respectful of neighbors and do not block driveways and mailboxes. Thank you for your cooperation.
Estate tag sale in Greensboro, N.C. to be conducted on Friday August 28th (10:00am-03:00pm) and Saturday August 29th (09:00am-02:00pm). Sale will feature furniture, wine cooler, decorative items, tools, household, military grouping, outdoor items, china, kitchenware, collectibles and more. Please see photo captions for details.
